Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Trainer in a law firm.
- Ability to learn and deliver training on new technologies quickly.
- Experience creating engaging e-learning content using Captivate and Camtasia.
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve training delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programmes for global audiences.
- Design e-learning content and resources using Captivate and Camtasia.
- Champion AI tools adoption, creating practical learning resources.
- Partner with project teams to rollout new technologies and drive adoption.
- Assess learning needs and feedback to improve training programs.
- Promote IT Learning & Development services across the firm.
- Provide coaching and ongoing support to colleagues on technology and AI.
