AnyIT Limited is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist in Suffolk, UK. You will troubleshoot complex issues, mentor juniors, manage client relationships, and ensure systems perform optimally. The role sits in a growing MSP environment with flexible working arrangements.

You will work in a technically hands-on capacity, supporting Windows and Mac ecosystems, networks, and security protocols while collaborating with project teams on infrastructure implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with networking and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service focus and professional demeanor.
• Valid UK driving license is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
