Job summary

A permanent IT Support Specialist role in Bedfordshire offers a challenging position for a technically skilled professional with a strong customer service focus. Qualifications

• Recent IT support experience in a commercial environment.
• IT certifications such as MCP, CCNA, CompTIA would be an advantage.
• Technical on-site support experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remote & on-site support and resolve client issues within SLA.
• Respond to queries/incidents and escalate when needed.
• Utilise platforms to respond, handle and elevate issues.
