Enso Recruitment partners with an internationally operating technology business seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Belfast team and deliver end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, own tickets in ServiceNow, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve support workflows while maintaining exceptional user experience on Windows, macOS and Office 365 platforms.

Formación

• Experience in technical desktop support in fast-moving environments.
• Proficient with SCCM, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, macOS and Office 365.
• Experience with market data platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG, or ICE.
• Familiar with AV and collaboration tools like Cisco, Webex, MS Teams.
• Familiar with MFA solutions such as Okta and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience ITSM and ServiceNow.
• Strong communicator and calm under pressure.
• Salary up to £50k per year.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex software, hardware, market data, telephony, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution of priority incidents.
• Act as the senior escalation point within the support function, driving adherence to major incident processes and ensuring critical issues receive immediate action
• Deliver confident, professional interactions with end users at all levels, including trading floor environments
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex challenges and improve support workflows
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and consistent service standards
• Lead diagnostic activities for hardware failures and provide expert guidance on maintenance and preventative actions
• Ensure all incidents and updates are fully captured in ServiceNow, owning tickets from start to resolution
