Job summary

Your New Company in London is seeking an entry-level IT professional to join an established financial services organisation and gain broad technical exposure in a hands-on environment.

You will provide day-to-day support for hardware, software and connectivity, help manage devices and accounts, and assist with onboarding and project work alongside senior IT colleagues, including Microsoft 365, Azure and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• A relevant technology degree is required.
• Microsoft or networking certifications are beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in IT or related technology role through employment, internship, or placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Assist with device and account management, joiners and leavers.
• Contribute to projects, system improvements and deployments alongside senior IT staff.
