Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an IT Support Specialist at the London headquarters to deliver high-quality IT support for executives and staff. You will manage hardware/software provisioning, assist with onboarding, and support meetings with conferencing tools.

Role requires on-site work Mon-Fri and collaboration with the IT team on upgrades and security controls. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT support, strong communication, and experience with MDM environments (Intune/Jamf) and Microsoft

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting methodology in fast-paced environments
Experience supporting executives and staff with IT issues
Experience administering MDM (Intune, Jamf) and security controls
Experience with Zoom/Teams for video conferencing

Responsibilities

Deliver responsive, white-glove IT support to executives and staff
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, Linux
Provide hands-on support for meetings and conferencing tech
Assist onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning
Manage MDM enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and security controls
Administer user accounts, email, and access in AD and Microsoft 365
Contribute to IT initiatives, upgrades, and deployments
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
