Job summary

Pool Re is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer in the United Kingdom to join our IT team and play a hands-on role across Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, endpoint management and cyber security capabilities.

You will deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, collaborate with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure secure and reliable technology services while driving continuous improvements. This role requires a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support in a corporate environment.
• Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support across diverse technologies.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID environments.
• Support cyber security operations and SOC activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network and infrastructure components.
• Lead IT and cyber security projects and improvements.
