IT Support Engineer | Hardware | Software | Network | Windows | Mac | London | Hybrid | £40,000 £50,000

Are you a high standards service provider of IT support with extremely strong written and spoken communication skills who genuinely cares about the people you will be helping?

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for expanding and integrating new systems across the business.

You will need to be available for on-site and off-site service with hardware, software and network issues.

You must be proactive and able to work autonomously as you will be expected to manage your own workload.

Your skill set will include:

• Degree qualified in a related field
• Experience with both Windows and Mac
• Organised
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills

This role requires 2 days per week working in the London-based offices and offers between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.

This role cannot offer sponsorship so, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
