Job summary

DEVI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is seeking an IT Project Manager in Birmingham to lead complex IT initiatives. The role involves defining scope, planning budgets, and coordinating IAM integrations across internal systems and external applications.

You will work with engineering, UI/UX, information security, QA and UAT teams to ensure timely delivery. The position is permanent and hybrid, with 4 days of remote work, and requires strong stakeholder management and experience in project governance

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with business owners and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and project documentation in line with PMO standards.
• Manage the delivery of IAM and CIAM/xIAM integrations with internal systems and third-party applications.
• Coordinate engineering, UI/UX, information security, QA and UAT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and assess project risks, issues and dependencies; develop mitigation plans, resolve delivery impediments and escape matters requiring management decisions.
• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into delivery plans, prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with product owners to align project milestones with product roadmaps and maintain a prioritised backlog.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, using capacity planning to support achievable delivery commitments.
• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team planning to manage dependencies and maintain alignment across delivery teams.
• Monitor project progress, expenditure, team capacity and delivery performance using agreed KPIs and OKRs.
• Prepare status reports and present progress, budgets, risks and timelines to PMO leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, operational readiness and go-live activities to support successful implementation.
• Conduct project retrospectives, document lessons learned and maintain knowledge-sharing materials to improve future delivery.
