A leading manufacturer in Northern Ireland is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to manage IT operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead incident management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical support experience, strong skills in networking protocols and cybersecurity, and be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a technical support or network administration role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Juniper, or Cisco switching is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and Firewall systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and the M365 environment.
• Lead incident management efforts, including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software resolutions.
• Draft technical documentation and provide basic training to end‑users.
