Job summary

Aviva in Norwich is seeking an Onsite Support IT Technician to keep colleagues connected and productive with 1st and 2nd line IT support. You will resolve technical issues and improve the colleague experience on a day-to-day basis.

This fully onsite role requires excellent customer service, familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and MECM, plus device management for iOS. Occasional travel to other Aviva locations may be required.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and collaboration skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support within a large organisation.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy customer-focused environment.
Good working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft MECM, ServiceNow and Apple iOS.
Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhone & iPad), Microsoft Intune and VPN technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, resolving technical issues and delivering a great colleague experience.
Work closely with technology teams across Aviva to keep workplace technology running smoothly.
Occasionally travel to support colleagues at other Aviva locations.
Attend onsite role five days per week.
