Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Norwich is seeking an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) for a temporary assignment. You will provide hands-on support in a fully Microsoft environment, with emphasis on 1st line triage and some 2nd line troubleshooting, in a modern cloud-based setup.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune, excellent communication, and the ability to work on-site for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• Proven IT support or service desk experience, preferably 1st/2nd line.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune.
• Ability to work on-site in Norwich for the full contract duration.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support to end users via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Escalate and troubleshoot 2nd line issues as required.
• Manage user accounts and devices using Azure AD and Intune.
• Build, configure and deploy laptops/desktops, including imaging and app installs.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assist with device enrolment and compliance policies via Intune.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents in the service desk system.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff.
