Job summary

VIQU IT is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join its in-house team in Bedford, with regular travel to offices and sites. The role offers a broad, hands-on ownership of infrastructure across a multi-site estate, covering Windows, networking, endpoints and server environments.

A strong problem-solving mindset and readiness to engage with suppliers are essential. The position is onsite in Bedford with regular travel, offering a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 plus a £4,000 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Takes ownership of infrastructure issues and resolves 2nd/3rd line problems independently.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid networking skills for multi-site environments and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of second and third line escalations, resolving complex issues to completion.
• Deliver IT for new site mobilisations and demobilisations, including connectivity and provisioning.
