Job summary

Viqu Limited in Bedford is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to own second and third line escalations, resolving complex issues end-to-end and addressing recurring problems at source.

You will deliver IT for new site mobilisations, configure networks, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and maintain Windows Server and Hyper-V, including the transition from SCCM to Intune co-management. Travel to offices and sites is regular.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with networking across multi-site environments.
• Ability to work with third-party suppliers and handle delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of second and third line escalations, resolving complex technical issues.
• Deliver IT for new site mobilisations and demobilisations, including connectivity and equipment provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Intune across environments.
• Manage Windows endpoint estate, including imaging, deployment, patching and SCCM to Intune transition.
• Maintain Windows Server and Hyper-V infrastructure, including builds, patching, backup and recovery.
• Support networking across offices and sites (switching, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, site connectivity).
• Contribute to infrastructure projects from scoping to delivery and handover with third-party suppliers.
