Job summary

Interface Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join a leading UK law firm. The role is hybrid with most work from home and occasional in-office days in Leeds city centre.

You will manage core IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, AD, SQL, and Azure, while guiding projects and providing technical leadership to the IT Services team. The candidate should have deep Azure, 365/InTune experience and familiarity with ITIL/ISO27001 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience administering corporate IT infrastructure including server, network and cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server roles (AD, GPO, File/Print, IIS, WSUS, SQL) and related security.
• Experience with 365 tenant administration and InTune.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage, and maintain core IT infrastructure systems and services both on-premise and in Azure.
• Document existing and new IT infrastructure and related processes.
• Liaise with third-party service providers and group entities.
• Define and implement test plans, disaster recovery and security tests.
• Performance, cost optimization and capacity planning.
• Provide first point of contact for IT infrastructure escalation.
