Interface Recruitment client is seeking a proactive Senior IT Security/Infrastructure Engineer to provide advanced technical support across hardware, software and networks. This 3rd-line role covers Windows, Linux, AD, VPNs, virtualization and security tools, with a focus on project delivery.

You will work from Bridlington/Driffield, with a future move to a hybrid pattern. The role includes exposure to global IT projects, a discretionary bonus, and opportunities to train toward certifications in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or IT infrastructure roles.
• Office-based role with Bridlington/Driffield location, potential hybrid later.
• Certifications like A+, ITIL, VMware or Microsoft 365 are a plus.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, MS 365, networking, firewalls and VPNs.
• Willing to work on projects and contribute to global IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software and networks.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist internal teams.
• Contribute to global IT projects and coordinate with the managed service provider.
• Maintain IT infrastructure security and performance in a projects-driven environment.
