Job summary

Nata Resourcing, on behalf of our client in the United Kingdom, is seeking a skilled 3rd line/Escalation Engineer for the End User Support team. The role focuses on complex troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy, with Citrix DaaS and virtualization exposure.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in 3rd line / infrastructure support, preferably MSP experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure knowledge.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy experience.
• Good networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls and VLANs.
• Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Citrix DaaS / Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with SQL Server administration and troubleshooting desirable.
• Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery and security technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with AMs, Project Managers, Service Delivery and customer IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line / escalation support to the End User Support team.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and applications across platforms.
• Collaborate with AMs, Project Managers, Service Delivery and customer IT teams.
• Produce technical designs, implementation plans and documentation.
• Support projects through discovery, design, implementation and handover to BAU.
