Job summary

CRG | TEC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer in Ormskirk for a hybrid role after probation. You will handle complex 3rd line escalations, work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Azure, and contribute to infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong MSP experience and a proactive problem-solver who can own issues across diverse customer environments.

Qualifications

• Solid MSP background with several years in 3rd line support.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365, Windows Server and AD.
• Experience with intranet migration or Modern Workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Intune issues.
• Resolve Active Directory problems and Azure investigations.
• Work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Azure.
• Engage in server upgrades and infrastructure projects.
