Job summary

Advancing People Limited is seeking a senior estimator to lead estimating, technical design and bid development for complex IT infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes cabling, low-voltage systems and wireless technologies, with commercial input and client engagement.

You will manage the estimating team, shape bid strategy, and coordinate with internal engineers and survey partners. Flexible remote options and office attendance 1–2 days weekly are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator in technology, infrastructure or engineering.
• Ability to bid end-to-end with autonomous ownership.
