As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Network Services Automation team based in Pune. We are a new team with seriously big ambitions. You'll help us achieve our goal of network automation which will allow faster time to market, reduce operational costs and increase productivity.

Your key responsibilities

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
3. Performing requirements analysis and documenting.
4. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
5. Working closely with clients, product owners and managerial staff.
6. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
7. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Your skills and experience

1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
3. 8+ years in a technology-driven role.
4. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
5. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
6. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
7. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
8. Experience working with requirements and issues management tools like Jira, Jama etc.
