Job Description:

Our financial services client is seeking 2X Senior Business Systems Analyst to do data mapping to support the development and implementation of advanced systems within the organization.

These are 1-year contracts with a strong likelihood of further extensions. The roles are fully remote, but candidates must align with PST hours.

First Role:

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Extensive experience working with banking or financial services clients

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed technical requirements gathering to understand project needs and objectives
• Perform comprehensive data mapping to ensure seamless integration of new systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
• Analyze and translate complex business processes into technical specifications
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and implementation phases

Second Role:

Senior Business Systems Analyst to support development of net new Lending Platform along with various Digital Banking initiatives.

12 months contract with a strong likelihood of further extension. Fully remote, but candidates must align with PST hours.

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Extensive experience working with banking or financial services clients
• Experience driving capability roadmap, building use cases for lending platform
