Job Description:

Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Consultant (10+ Years) to support a Windows 11 upgrade project.

The team is responsible for analyzing the client's inventory of devices incompatible with Windows 11, identifying data gaps, and integrating various data sources to reflect the current hardware status. The Senior Business Analyst will also lead the development of strategies for the replacement and management of these incompatible devices, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the department's inventory of devices incompatible with Windows 11 and identify data gaps that need to be addressed by their associated department's operational entities.
• Identify and integrate other data sources that reflect the current status of the department's hardware inventory.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, gather data, and document the outcomes of meetings.
• Analyze and document the scope, plan, and budget of the department's evergreen program.
• Analyze and document the scope, plan, and function migrations of a program associated with the refreshment of incompatible devices.
• Evaluate and document CBIs' position on replacing their own footprint of incompatible devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Obtain reports to identify the department's directors, managers, and their staff involved in the identification of incompatible devices within their teams.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from the project team and stakeholders, providing weekly status reports on the analysis conducted.
• Merge data gathered to propose and document a comprehensive strategy for managing the replacement of incompatible devices across the department.
• Make recommendations for operational data-related improvements and report on critical gaps that could negatively impact the project.

Must Haves:

• 10+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional ( CBAP ) Certification.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with the Federal Government or Crown Corporations
• Experience supporting network modernizations and/or windows 11 upgrade
• Experience with data/content migration projects
• Experience with application or platform integration projects
