Job summary

The Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Officer will support the delivery of internal communications plans and strategies. This will include producing creative, high-quality content and engaging with staff across CUH, identifying case studies and content to be used in a variety of channels.

The post holder will need to work autonomously, be highly organised, have great inter-personal skills, and be able to write and communicate to a very high standard.

Responsibilities

• Create internal communications content for and manage the core channels: Connect (intranet), CUH bulletin and staff Facebook group.
• Plan and organise multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and respond to urgent requests.
• Advise and influence senior leaders and staff on appropriate content and channels based on audience insights.
