• Create content for intranet, CUH bulletin and staff Facebook group
• Plan and manage multiple internal communications projects with deadlines
• Advise senior leaders on content and channels based on audience insights
• Review processes and propose service improvements
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Manage third party suppliers to deliver on time and budget
