Job summary

Hft is seeking an Internal Communications Officer to help colleagues stay informed, connected and engaged across the organisation. You will write news stories, publish the staff intranet, and produce newsletters and communications packs to bring our stories and people to life.

This hybrid, national role involves collaborating with teams, coordinating messages, and creating accessible content, including videos and visuals, to support learning and support services.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple formats including video and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Source, write and publish content for The Hub intranet.
• Produce Hft News Flash from storyboard to imagery.
• Create videos, posters, FAQs and information sheets.
• Coordinate family updates and communications packs.
• Support reactive communications and change projects.
