Soho House is seeking a Senior Interior Design & Trade Support Lead on maternity cover to oversee Trade customer service, post-sale resolutions, and cross-functional collaboration across UK, EU and US markets. You’ll drive process improvements, contribute to customer retention, and support a seamless delivery and aftersales journey.

The role blends customer service leadership with operations, reporting to the Global Head of Trade.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, business support, aftersales or account management.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer enquiries, complaints and escalations.
• Good understanding of operational processes including deliveries, returns and exports.
• Very good understanding of the UK design market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage UK, EU and US Trade post-sale enquiries from start to resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support customer retention.
• Share customer feedback and service improvement opportunities with the Global Head of Trade.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and complex issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop process guides, templates, and training materials to improve efficiency.
