Responsibilities

• Trade & Commercial Marketing Coordination
• Represent Global Marketing at trade meetings, feeding commercial business priorities back into the marketing team and translating them into appropriate marketing actions.
• Act as the central point of visibility across all marketing channels - working with each channel owner to understand current activity, upcoming plans and performance, so the wider business has a clear, single view of what's happening to support trade and commercial needs.
• Provide a first point of contact for the business on marketing-related trade queries, escalating and prioritising as needed.
• Operations Marketing (F&B)
• Act as the global point of contact for Operations marketing, supporting F&B initiatives designed to maximise revenue and footfall across Soho Houses globally.
• Partner with House and Operations teams to shape marketing support for commercial trading priorities.
