Job summary

Soho House seeks a Senior Interior Design & Trade Support Lead on a maternity cover basis to support its growing Interior Design and Trade business across the UK, EU and US. You will handle complex post-sale enquiries, coordinate deliveries, and drive process improvements in a senior, hands-on role that enhances customer journeys and protects relationships.

You will be a key contact for Trade customers and internal teams, resolving high-priority issues, training colleagues, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in customer service, business support, aftersales or account management, ideally in luxury retail, interiors or ecommerce brands.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK, EU and US Trade post-sale enquiries through resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support retention.
• Share feedback with the Global Head of Trade to improve service.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns and complex customer issues with teams and partners.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and timely communications.
• Develop process guides and training materials for efficiency.
• Meet KPIs for productivity and customer satisfaction.
