Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Senior Events Manager for maternity cover to support the booking, supervision and realisation of private events for members. The role makes you an ambassador for the brand, focused on guest experience and seamless event execution.

You will coordinate logistics, budget use, health and safety plans, and liaise with UK Soho Houses. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, hospitality ethos and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics of each event with lead booker.
• Prepare health and safety plans for large events.
• Manage budgets and post-event invoicing and payments.
• Create and distribute function sheets to operations teams.
• Support the Senior Events Manager and collaborate with the events team.
• Communicate event details in weekly department meetings.
• Liaise with UK Soho Houses to cross-sell spaces and manage budgets.
