Crown Commercial Service is seeking a Senior Interaction Designer to lead the design of complex, high-impact transactional services. You will ensure inclusive, intuitive digital experiences while mentoring colleagues and collaborating with researchers and engineers.

Join a growing UCD team, taking line management of contractors and shaping service strategies across Discovery to Live phases in a Civil Service environment.

Qualificações

• Proven End-to-End Interaction Design Experience within Agile delivery.
• Prototyping using Figma, HTML/CSS, or design toolkits to test hypotheses.
• Expertise in Accessibility and Inclusive Design (WCAG 2.2).
• Evidence-based design through user research and data to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead End-to-End Journey Design across complex services.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration with low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
• Drive Accessibility & Inclusive Design to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Apply and Extend GOV.UK Design System and reusable UI patterns.
• Collaborate with researchers, content designers, and analysts to iterate interfaces.
• Balance policy, legal, and tech constraints in design decisions.
• Lead co-design workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Shape service strategy through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
