Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Insurance domain initiatives from the UK/Europe region. You will drive lead generation, nurture client relationships, and close strategic deals, leveraging a global delivery footprint and offshore/onsite collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in IT services or product companies, strong negotiations, a proven revenue track record, and the ability to inspire teams to exceed targets. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in IT services or product companies in UK/Europe.
• Experience in business development, bid/proposal management, or commercial pricing for Insurance Clients.
• Sold horizontal services like Applications, Cloud, Infra, data.
• Experience selling IT services in Insurance domain.
• Experience with onsite/offshore sales model.
• Platform selling exposure (Guidewire, Pega, Appian, AWS).
• Ability to influence and complete assignments autonomously.
• Willing to travel and build pipelines through campaigns.

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle for Insurance domain initiatives.
• Drive demand generation and targeted campaigns to build pipeline.
• Coordinate Delivery, Support, and Management to meet objectives.
