Job summary

Selective Search is seeking a Business Development Director for Financial Services and Insurance Technology Sales in London, with a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on acquiring new logos and closing high-value technology outsourcing and transformation deals at the C-suite level.

You will own a substantial pipeline and engage senior executives to position value propositions in a highly competitive market. A senior, established network is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant executive technology sales experience at a Tier 1 IT services/outsourcing/consulting organisation.
• Led major IT outsourcing or transformation contracts in FS/Insurance.
• Established C-suite network within UK Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Own UK FS/Insurance new business development and build a £10m–£100m TCV pipeline.
• Engage CFO, CTO, CIO and COO to position complex technology value propositions.
• Lead bid and commercial teams through to contract closure on strategic pursuits.
• Build and leverage a deep network of FS/Insurance decision-makers and partners.
• Close multi-million pound technology outsourcing deals at C-suite level.
