Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Worcester is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to service a dedicated book of clients, including renewals, invoicing, and day-to-day queries, with a focus on upselling and portfolio development. You will build strong relationships with clients and insurers, supporting claims teams where needed.

The role is hybrid, requiring four days a week in the office, with development opportunities and a collaborative culture within Marsh Commercial Enterprise Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an Account Handler / Client Advisor within General Insurance.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously and deliver to agreed service standards.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with literacy, numeracy and administration capability.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
• Full competence in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Service your own dedicated book of clients, including renewals, invoicing, collections, new quotes, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day client queries.
• Identify, document and deliver revenue growth opportunities through upselling/cross-selling and proactive portfolio development.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client decision makers and stay aligned to changes in their organizations and needs.
• Develop strong working relationships with insurers and support clients and/or claims teams where appropriate to ensure excellent outcomes.
