Brooks Macdonald Group plc is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Head of Insurance and the team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, handle renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments and queries with precision and professionalism.

You will act as a senior point of contact for clients and introducers, coordinating with insurers, preparing reports and ensuring smooth policy lifecycles while upholding FCA Conduct Rules and internal procedures.

Formación

• Experience in an insurance brokerage in an Account Handler or Senior Account Handler role.
• Experience managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims and new business activity with a strong focus on client service and ownership.
• Confident liaison with insurers, underwriters, clients and introducers, including complex queries.
• Ability to prioritise a portfolio of client work and escalate risks when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and introducers, providing a responsive and professional service by phone and email.
• Take ownership of an allocated portfolio of client accounts, ensuring servicing activity progresses accurately and on time.
• Manage end-to-end handling of renewals, new business enquiries, mid-term adjustments and claims.
• Review client requirements and insurer documentation, identifying gaps and escalating where appropriate.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotations, negotiate terms and progress cover as required.
• Provide clear explanations of policy terms, cover, exclusions and options to support informed client decisions.
• Prepare renewal and client review information, ensuring records and documentation are accurate.
• Stay on top of workflows, prioritise competing requests and follow up outstanding actions.
