Howden UK Brokers Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Account Handler for our Commercial team in Birmingham. The role focuses on managing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments for corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on service and cross-selling opportunities.

You will collaborate with the Client Director/Account Executive, ensure contract certainty, and maintain accurate documentation in Acturis. A hybrid working model and strong insurance knowledge are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial insurance experience.
• Knowledge of Acturis software.
• Strong client service and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in achieving client retention targets and renewal strategy.
• Attend client meetings and action meeting points.
• Present renewal terms to clients and issue renewal documentation.
• Cross-sell products across divisions and liaise with other branches.
