Responsibilities

As the Senior Account Handler, you will look after multiple commercial insurance portfolios for larger and medium-sized clients. You will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive insurance services to a range of clients.

Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in broking is required, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.
  • Commercial broking experience
  • Knowledge of most commercial insurance products
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of insurance categories.
  • Experience working as a Senior Account Handler & or Account – Executive in a similar broking environment.
  • Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's in handling customer information.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance – adhering to laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the insurance industry.
