Qualifications

• Chartered Insurance Institute qualification or progress toward it is required.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for your clients and discuss terms.
• Grow your book by identifying and acting on new opportunities.
• Build relationships with brokers to access competitive terms.
• Visit clients as needed to demonstrate service excellence.
• Handle account queries and credit control matters, escalating when needed.
