Gallagher Bristol is seeking an Account Broker to join the established City centre team. You will provide a high-quality service to clients, secure optimal retention, and drive growth within the Retail Broking Division.

Formación

• Experience handling commercial lines insurance in broking, MGA or insurer environments.
• Qualification toward Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certificates is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting targets within a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create documents for new customers and mid-term adjustments and renewals.
• Record customer details accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Obtain renewal terms and explore options to provide best available solutions.
• Prepare renewal closings and ensure cover is bound by renewal date.
• Respond to insurer and customer queries about policies and chase outstanding docs.
• Handle account queries and credit control matters and escalate as needed.
