Johnson Controls seeks an executive to lead its UK Installation business, overseeing one of Europe’s largest Fire & Security installation operations. The role involves delivering installation excellence, strong customer outcomes and sustainable profitable growth across the UK and Ireland.

You will helm a multimillion-pound operation with 7 Area Managers and ~350 colleagues, driving culture, accountability and continuous improvement across a national field organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within Fire & Security or similar installation operations.
• Proven P&L accountability of multi-million GBP revenue.
• Experience leading large field-based organisations across dispersed locations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of improvement.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformation and operational excellence.
• Experience working in complex or matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: set direction for the UK Installation organisation and drive growth plans.
• Operational Excellence: lead high-volume installation, ensure safe, profitable project delivery and improve productivity.
• Commercial Leadership: own the P&L, drive revenue, margin and working capital objectives.
• Leadership & People Development: manage seven Area Managers and 350 indirect reports, coach and develop talent.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with strategic customers and collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and Central Functions.
