We are seeking an exceptional UK Installation Director to lead one of the largest Fire & Security installation operations in Europe, responsible for delivering installation excellence across the UK and Ireland.
This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity with responsibility for a business operation generating a multimillion annual revenue leading 7 Area Managers and influencing a workforce of approximately 350 colleagues across a national field organisation. The role is based on information provided for the UK Installation Director position.
As UK Installation Director, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our Installation business, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer outcomes, exceptional operational performance and sustainable profitable growth.
Operating at the heart of our UK leadership team, you will drive a culture of accountability, pace, collaboration and continuous improvement whilst leading a large-scale installation operation responsible for thousands of customer projects each year.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for developing high-performing teams and is motivated by the challenge of leading a business of significant scale and complexity.
You will be an accomplished operational leader with significant experience within the Fire & Security sector and a proven track record of delivering results through large, geographically dispersed teams.
