Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with Fire & Security installation experience.
• Proven P&L accountability of multi-million revenue.
• Experience leading large, field-based organisations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Track record of transformation and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for UK Installation organisation and growth.
• Lead high-volume installation operations delivering substantial monthly work.
• Own revenue, margins, EBIT and working capital targets.
• Develop seven Area Managers and a large indirect workforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and cross-functional teams.
