Job summary
Johnson Controls UK & Ireland is seeking an exceptional UK Installation Director to lead one of Europe’s largest Fire & Security installation operations across the UK and Ireland. The role commands strategic and operational leadership for a multimillion-pound business, guiding 7 Area Managers and about 350 colleagues in a national field organisation.

Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in Fire & Security.
- Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and strategic goals.
- Experience in complex or matrix organisations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for UK Installation and drive growth.
- Lead a high-volume installation operation delivering thousands of projects.
- Own P&L and deliver revenue, margin and working capital targets.
- Develop leaders through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
- Partner with Sales, Finance and central teams to optimise performance.
