Cabot Credit Management is recruiting a Senior Insight Analyst to turn data into business impact. You will lead complex analyses across asset portfolios, delivering insights and recommendations to improve customer journeys and strategic decisions.

You will work with the Insight Manager and stakeholders to build capability, develop fellow analysts, and champion best practice across the function.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical experience in an insight, analytics, or data-focused role.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and translating data into business insights.
• Experience with Python or SQL.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, investigative mindset with ability to uncover opportunities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated and organized with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to explain findings to a non-technical audience.
• Resilient and proactive with a solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects that identify drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against agreed performance indicators.
• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, customer behaviour and process effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, operational analysis and business performance insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of analysis through robust validation, quality assurance and peer review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver insight-led improvements and embed data-driven decision making.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of business recommendations and implemented changes.
• Contribute to the development of advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, affordability and propensity to pay.
• Plan and manage analytical projects effectively, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
