Job summary

Cabot Credit Management in the UK is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to turn data into business outcomes. You will lead complex analysis across asset portfolios, delivering insights to drive performance and support strategic decisions.

Working with the Insight Manager and stakeholders, you will develop reporting, dashboards and tools, while mentoring fellow analysts and championing best practice across the function.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical experience in insight, analytics or data-focused roles.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and translating data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience with analytical and data manipulation tools, such as Python or SQL.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects that identify drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against agreed performance indicators.
• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, customer behaviour and process effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, operational analysis and business performance insights.

Join Cabot Credit Management as a Senior Insight Analyst and help turn data into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you'll lead complex analysis across designated asset portfolios, using insights to drive performance, improve customer journeys and support strategic decisions. Working alongside the Insight Manager and stakeholders from across the business, you'll act as a trusted expert, delivering high-quality analysis and recommendations that create real impact. You'll also support the development of fellow analysts, helping to build capability and champion best practice across the Insight function.

• Salary of up to £45,000
• Permanent role
• Hybrid Office role from either our Kings Hill or Worthing office

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the development of advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, affordability and propensity to pay.
• Plan and manage analytical projects effectively, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
