Job summary

Cabot Credit Management is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to lead complex analysis across designated asset portfolios, delivering actionable insights to drive performance and improve customer journeys. You'll work with the Insight Manager and stakeholders to turn data into strategic recommendations and help build capability across the team.

This permanent, hybrid role offers a salary up to £45,000, plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits including private health insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical experience in insight or data roles.
• Experience with Python or SQL for data manipulation.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects driving portfolio performance.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement insight-led improvements.
• Ensure quality through validation and peer review.
• Support development of fellow analysts.
• Evaluate test-and-learn initiatives.
• Monitor impact of implemented changes.
