Job summary

Cabot Credit Management is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to turn data into meaningful business outcomes. You will lead complex portfolio analyses, deliver actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.

Work with the Insight Manager and stakeholders to build capability and champion best practice across the team. You’ll benefit from a competitive salary up to £45,000, a generous bonus scheme and a hybrid office role from Kings Hill or Worthing.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical experience in an insight, analytics or data-focused role.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Python or SQL for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects to identify drivers of portfolio performance and provide insights.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel for decisions.
• Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives with KPI measurements.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance and customer behaviour.
• Be a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, analytics and business insights.
• Ensure accuracy via validation, QA and peer review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements.
• Monitor impact of recommendations and implemented changes.
• Develop advanced analytical tools to understand customer behaviour and affordability.

Join Cabot Credit Management as a Senior Insight Analyst and help turn data into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you'll lead complex analysis across designated asset portfolios, using insights to drive performance, improve customer journeys and support strategic decisions. Working alongside the Insight Manager and stakeholders from across the business, you'll act as a trusted expert, delivering high-quality analysis and recommendations that create real impact. You'll also support the development of fellow analysts, helping to build capability and champion best practice across the Insight function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead analytical projects that identify the drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

• Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against agreed performance indicators.

• Contribute to the development of advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, affordability and propensity to pay.

• Proven analytical experience, ideally within an insight, analytics or data-focused role.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience with analytical and data manipulation tools, such as Python or SQL.
• Highly numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A curious and investigative mindset, with a passion for understanding data and uncovering opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to a non-technical audience.
