Job summary

Cabot Credit Management is hiring a Senior Insight Analyst to turn data into business outcomes. You will lead portfolio analytics, work with SQL, Python and Excel, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategies and customer journeys.

The role is permanent and hybrid, based at Kings Hill or Worthing, with a strong emphasis on developing analysts and best practice across the Insight function.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical experience, ideally within an insight, analytics or data-focused role.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience with analytical and data manipulation tools, such as Python or SQL.
• Highly numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A curious and investigative mindset, with a passion for understanding data and uncovering opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects that identify drivers of portfolio performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel to support decisions.
• Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against indicators.
• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance and customer behaviour.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, operational analysis and business performance insights.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of analysis through validation, QA and peer review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insight-led improvements and embed data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of recommendations and changes.

Join Cabot Credit Management as a Senior Insight Analyst and help turn data into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you'll lead complex analysis across designated asset portfolios, using insights to drive performance, improve customer journeys and support strategic decisions. Working alongside the Insight Manager and stakeholders from across the business, you'll act as a trusted expert, delivering high-quality analysis and recommendations that create real impact. You'll also support the development of fellow analysts, helping to build capability and champion best practice across the Insight function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead analytical projects that identify the drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
