Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a Technical Lead in Leeds within the Data Technology and Innovation division. You will lead a technical team, deliver high-quality digital products using Java and Angular, and work with Product Owners and Architects to turn requirements into impactful solutions.

You will promote engineering best practices, mentor colleagues, and help maintain reliable services for essential regulatory platforms in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Experience with Kotlin/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular and AWS.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of teams with stakeholder management and clear communicatie.
• Ability to establish and apply engineering best practices across multiple teams.
