Job Description:

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team, leading a range of Infrastructure Technology Projects. You will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of the project management lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of projects for our Sponsors, Stakeholders, and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage, connect, and represent the needs of our internal business customers, stakeholders, and senior managers throughout the project lifecycle from idea to implementation and benefit realization.
• Demonstrate and apply your experience of project management disciplines, including project planning, risk/issue/budget/resource management, decision-making skills, with an exceptional focus on delivery.
• Deliver Infrastructure projects.
• Lead and coordinate teams of diverse technical and non-technical resources across multiple geographic sites and engage effectively with external third-party service providers.
• Identify key resources and manage senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Show personal flexibility and encourage flexibility among team members to achieve project objectives on schedule, within budget, and to standards.
• Take accountability, assess situations, and make critical decisions when faced with complex demands and issues during the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with IT suppliers regarding plan deliverables and problem resolution.
• Add value to Infrastructure Delivery Management and the wider Project Management community through active participation in team or departmental activities.

Required Skills

• Demonstrable experience in a complex project delivery environment in a relevant project management role.
• Proven ability to deliver complex project changes within challenging deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing projects with business and technology deliverables and/or involving external third-party providers.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant project management qualifications or training.
• Good understanding of the financial sector, with sound business acumen and judgment; ability to communicate technology challenges in business terms; and to deliver business value.
• Experience with multiple development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience using project management tools like Enterprise Project Manager.
• Ability to interpret strategic business and technology goals into tangible project outcomes.
