Senior Project Manager – Tech start-up, eCommerce

Location: Remote (UK) | Salary: £60–75k + Benefits

A growing tech-driven eCommerce business is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects from end to end. You’ll be the go-to Project Manager for multiple accounts, working closely with developers, clients, and third parties to ensure delivery across scope, time, and budget.

What you'll be doing:

1. Acting as the lead Project Manager on eCommerce integration and platform projects
2. Managing project plans, scope, risks, and budgets across internal and external teams
3. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships
4. Supporting delivery improvements and coaching junior team members
5. Championing best practices as a senior member of the Project Management function

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in eCommerce environments
2. Ability and experience handling multiple projects at any time
3. Proven experience in implementing large-scale eCommerce solutions using platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, or similar
4. Solid technical grounding and excellent communication skills
5. Strong understanding of Agile (and other delivery methodologies)
6. Must be UK based
